Founder and CEO
For 25 plus years Randy Roe has deployed POS technology solutions to small and mid-sized retail merchants. His deep knowledge and experience has positioned him as a consultative advisor to the retail industry about next generation POS solutions and best practices. He coaches on the discipline, design, and technology to build solutions to support growth and the important business procedures to avoid disasters. His expertise includes design and delivery of state-of-the-art technology solutions that are cost effective and tailored to each business. Retail Technologies Services is a leader in the point of sale market leveraging the latest in technology and methodology to deploy and maintain systems in the most cost-effective ways for clients.
James Tuff
Chief Operating Officer
James possesses an MBA degree and has 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, & business development with leading internet and security software companies. He held senior level business development positions with companies like Symantec Corporation and RealNetworks. At Symantec corporation, he managed strategic OEM partnerships with the largest global PC manufactures including Acer, Lenovo, and Toshiba and drove the business to a $50M annualized revenue stream. At RealNetworks, James developed and managed strategic partnerships that drove business adoption of the RealPlayer technology to 50 million users. James has founded multiple technology startup companies in mobile, cloud, and IOT and is on the board of Executive Network of Seattle.
